Our location at Lloyd Athletic Club provides free parking in the adjacent parking lot and free overflow parking in the parking garage on the corner of NE 9th Av and NE Halsey St. Entrances to that downstairs 1A parking area are on both NE Halsey and NE 9th Av. On-street parking is free after 6 PM and on Sundays, paid at other hours. Patients also have complimentary access to the workout and spa areas at Lloyd Athletic Club after your appointment. On your first visit LAC will require you to sign a waiver to use the facility. Check in at the front entrance when you arrive, by aiming your smartphone camera at our QR code by the front door. That will alert us that you've arrived. Take a seat and we will come get you when we are free. We look forward to seeing you!
